We run a number of different exercise classes at all of our rehabilitation centres, from falls and balance to classes for those with Parkinson’s disease and everything in between.
We believe exercise is medicine and will structure an individualized program to ensure you get fit, healthy and live your best life!
Our exercise classes are led by our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, ensuring our classes are safe, fun and social.

Yoga has long been known to improve posture, balance, flexibility, and strength. This low-impact exercise is also extremely beneficial in eliminating stress and reducing anxiety.
We run both seated and floor-based yoga classes.
Move and Groove

Muscular Strength Program
