About
I graduated with a degree in Occupational Therapy in 2013 and have since been working as a community based OT.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients, aging from eleven to one hundred and one years old. Those that have war caused injuries, intellectual disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Neurological Conditions, Mental Health Diagnosis, Dementia, Acquired Brain Injury and more. I have worked with people at all stages of their journey, from going to school, being discharged from hospital and requiring recommendations for at home care.
I believe to be the best Occupational Therapist I can be is to remember that every single client is different, with different needs, wants and requirements for their care, with diagnosis not dictating a care plan but rather a focus on each persons goals and individual abilities.
My main area of interest in Occupational Therapy is aged care, stroke rehabilitation and mental health.
In my spare time I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my family, going to the gym and dabbling in anything craft related.
