Giselle is the Concentric Healthcare Services National Innovation and Partnerships Manager. She has 16 years experience in health care starting her career as a Medical Radiation Therapist. With a passion for understanding how complex systems work, Giselle moved into hospital operations and patient flow after completing her MBA majoring in Health Management. From district wide hospital patient flow management, financial efficiency improvement programs to acute mental health projects, Giselle has had a wide range of experiences in the acute health system across operational and strategic portfolio’s. Now working in primary health care she brings experience working for some of the countries largest not for profits in North Queensland and WA in business development, growth and innovation in the sector and is now culminating those experiences with Concentric Healthcare Services to support the ongoing growth and demand for our disability and aged care services while also looking at developing new and innovative revenue streams. Outside of work Giselle can be found at the diamonds as an official in women’s softball, at your local restaurant (she loves anything to do with food) has an endless spotify music library and is a mum of 2 beautiful children.
