Kelsey is an Occupational Therapist who works at Concentric Rehabilitation Centre Carine. Kelsey graduated as an Occupational Therapist at the end of 2017 from Curtin University. She worked as a therapy assistant in aged care while studying, and since graduating has spent the past 3 years working as an OT across multiple residential aged care homes.
Kelsey is passionate about working with older people and loves using her skills to enable older people to live an enjoyable life and do things that are meaningful to them and things they find fun. Kelsey believes in a holistic approach when working with clients, and looking at all factors which may impact a person’s ability to engage in meaningful activities. She enjoys the very broad and diverse work of being in aged care and likes to empower older people to be as independent as possible and helping them to try new things they may have never done before.
Kelsey loves exercising and enjoys going for walks and going to the gym. She also enjoys playing Aussie Rules football.
On the weekends Kelsey enjoys going out for meals and trying new restaurants and cuisines.
